  • 5 star review  As a newly married wife I bought a necklace with my new last name’s initial on it. It was my favorite necklace! I wore it every single day (never took it off). The chain had recently broke in the middle and I was devastated. I took it to this store and they saved my necklace for such a reasonable price! Not only did they do such a fabulous job, but the STAFF was wonderful and SO SO sweet! What a great company!

  • 5 star review  I knew I was going to lose the gold bracelet that had been on my wrist for 20 or more years because a link was going. And my ring looked like it was going to lose stones any day. I came back this week, and my ring was blinding, so cleaned and inspected for problems and my frosty old bracelet glowed like it was brand new, all buffed and shiny. We checked around and was happy to find a local jeweler that also offered a timeframe that was quick. I was so excited to get a call stating my ring was ready days earlier than anticipated!   • 5 star review  My hand got caught under an 18 foot utility pole which twisted and broke the band of my engagement ring. I was so worried to have it repaired because it was broken around a very detailed/delicate area. I chose Jeweler's Bench because of their rave reviews and reasonable prices. The reviews don't lie, all 5 stars are totally deserved! The owner is friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. He made me feel totally secure and answered all my questions. He even took my ring down an 1/8 of a size because it was just a little bit too big. The best part, my ring was ready in two days, one of which was July 4th! I couldn't believe the super fast turn around. All at the very reasonable price I was quoted. I can't stop looking at my now perfect again ring- its so shiny! I cannot recommend Jeweler's Bench enough for their awesome repair services!
